Overview:
A collaborative project team supporting health and nutrition programs is seeking three experienced Business Analysts to join an initiative focused on transitioning to an enhanced WIC Management Information System (MIS) and Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) solution. This role supports high-impact work improving services for women, infants, and children across the state. Candidates should bring a deep understanding of WIC systems and business analysis expertise.
What you will be doing:

Troubleshooting WIC clinic system issues across the MIS, EBT, and participant portal

Leading training sessions and developing curriculum related to WIC system modules

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to document and implement system enhancements

Developing and executing test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) for MIS and EBT components

Reviewing release notes, system documentation, and sprint reports to inform implementation readiness

Identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies in collaboration with business leads

Providing timely and responsive support to internal and external stakeholders

Reviewing dual participation records and managing system updates for compliance
What you must have:

8+ years’ experience supporting WIC MIS, EBT systems, or participant portals

Strong background in training, testing, and user support within health program environments

Proven ability to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into actionable feedback

Experience writing and managing UAT test cases and validating deliverables against business needs

Expertise in business process improvement, sprint review, and documentation best practices

Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail and stakeholder collaboration

Preferred: experience in dual participation review processes and WIC compliance analysis
