Overview:
A large-scale digital communications team is seeking a skilled Web Administrator to support the migration and optimization of multiple websites within a flagship web platform. This is a short-term, high-impact hybrid opportunity ideal for a seasoned professional with deep Drupal CMS experience, strong knowledge of web accessibility standards, and a passion for user-centered design and performance-driven web strategy.


What you will be doing:

  • Assisting in the migration of large-scale public websites and maintaining over 3,000 pages of content

  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure web content is accurate, accessible, and current

  • Serving as a bridge between Communications and Web Services teams to execute website infrastructure enhancements

  • Designing and optimizing for mobile-first, responsive experiences

  • Maintaining and updating site content in Drupal, including managing taxonomy, navigation, and layout

  • Ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and leading accessibility remediation efforts

  • Supporting content contributors and establishing CMS best practices and governance standards

  • Monitoring site analytics and providing input on performance and SEO improvements


What you must have:

  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-level websites and coordinating large-scale migrations

  • Proven expertise in Drupal CMS content creation, site structure, and module use

  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and accessibility remediation

  • Strong UI/UX design portfolio showcasing user-friendly, accessible designs

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, responsive design, and mobile-first strategies

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach

  • Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
