What you will be doing:

  • Interact with users at all levels of the organization to elicit and define business requirements related to process improvement initiatives and or business needs.

  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop optimization strategies, and implement solutions.

  • Utilizing business/technical acumen and skilled communication, create use cases, business requirements documentation (BRD), and functional requirements documentation (FRD) to be used by internal & external IT partners /3rd part developers and business departments to develop technical solutions that are efficient and satisfactory to both the respective business and the process reengineering group.

  •  Develop comprehensive workflow diagrams of current “As-Is” and future “Should-Be” business processes, systems, and user interactions utilizing MS Visio or other process flow applications.

  • Collaborating with IT development team, create the testing strategy, testing plan, and the writing of test scripts that follow use cases formulated during business requirements gathering.

  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.


What you must have:

  • Hands on BA with understanding for banking ( transactions, accounts, customer data, deposits , loans etc.)

  • 10+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.

  • Be experienced in working in an Agile Development environment, writing business requirements / user stories etc.

  • Have experience in conducting / facilitating requirement gather / consensus building workshops

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills and manage conflict.

  • Skill in understanding and focusing on the business unit needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with business units.

  • Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.

  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

  • Proficient in using PC’s, Microsoft Word, and Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries and Python scripts.

  • Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent organizational, management, and both verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills

  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint,  Visual Basic and macros
