We value speed, data-driven decisions, thoughtful design, and a passion for customer success. We’re looking for a self-driven Senior Software Engineer to join our platform team. This team builds tools and systems that power client operations, campaign tracking, data analysis, and internal automation. In this role, you will help design and maintain the infrastructure and tools that connect mailfile generation, customer data ingestion, tracking systems, and attribution analytics. You’ll work closely with internal teams including data science, analytics, and client services to ensure data flows seamlessly and is both accessible and actionable.

What you will be doing:

• Build and maintain internal platforms and tools that support client campaign management, reporting, and analytics.

• Design and manage scalable data pipelines that integrate a variety of data sources.

• Develop systems that integrate with external print and logistics partners.

• Collaborate with the data team to improve attribution models, reporting tools, and campaign performance insights.

• Optimize our cloud infrastructure (AWS) for performance, scalability, and security.

Technologies We Use

• Backend: Ruby (on Rails), Python

• Frontend: React.js

• Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Docker

• Data: PostgreSQL, Redis

What you must have:

• 5+ years of professional experience building scalable web applications.

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Ruby, Python, Node.js).

• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).

• Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and data modeling.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Previous startup experience is a plus.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary/Rate Range: $145,000 – $185,000 Annually
