What you will be doing:

• Act as a liaison between technical OT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring data and system capabilities are clearly understood and leveraged.

• Analyze and document requirements for SCADA and PI system improvements and data access initiatives.

• Translate technical system outputs into business-consumable insights, dashboards, and reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define and deliver on data strategy goals.

• Support the development of a long-term roadmap for SCADA/PI system integration with business intelligence tools.

• Participate in evaluating internal vs. external resourcing strategies for long-term support.

What you must have:

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within OT, SCADA, or industrial data environments.

• Strong understanding of PI (OSIsoft/AVEVA) systems and real-time operational data.

• Ability to interpret and simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.

• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
