What you will be doing:

• The Senior Business Analyst is required to support public service delivery systems.
• This resource is expected to be a technical resource with good client skills with extensive experience with custom builds, cloud systems and agile processes.

What you must have:

• Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects to assess clients' business problems or opportunities, document the technical business requirements to meet the functional requirements.

• Experience developing context diagrams, use cases and use case models.

• Experience with custom development in cloud native systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experience creating systems diagrams and mapping integration specs

• Experience on a medium sized project as a business analyst or functional consultant
