What you will be doing:

Coordinate and perform in-place upgrades or fresh installations of Windows 11 on end-user devices.

Perform pre-upgrade compatibility checks and system readiness assessments.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and driver compatibility issues related to the Windows 11 upgrade.

Back up and restore user data as part of the upgrade process, ensuring data integrity.

Provide desk-side and hands-on support to users during and after the upgrade.

Document upgrade steps, issues encountered, and resolutions for future reference.

Collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to meet deployment targets and quality standards.

Ensure all security and compliance configurations are maintained during the upgrade.
What you must have:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or desktop deployment projects.

Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 OS, upgrade tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, Intune), and imaging processes.

Strong knowledge of device drivers, application compatibility, and Windows update processes.

Experience working with enterprise environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Desktop Deployment technologies/methodologies (SCCM, Intune, MDT)
