What you will be doing:

Analyze consumer media trends, industry measurement solutions, and competitive media spending

Mine syndicated data sources (MRI, Nielsen, YouGov, Ad Intel, SMI, EDO) to uncover client and category insights
-
Craft sales narratives and positioning materials with strong storytelling and strategic alignment
-
Identify and communicate trends with media revenue implications
-
Act as a liaison across Research, Sales, Client Solutions, and Data & Measurement teams
-
Develop measurement strategies aligned with client KPIs
-
Oversee campaign performance recaps with select vendors
-
Recommend first- and third-party audience segments for targeting
-
Educate Sales and support teams with curated category knowledge
-
Support ad policy compliance and escalation processes

Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture
What you must have:
-
5+ years (7+ preferred) of experience in advertising, media, or marketing

Background in media planning, buying, strategy, and measurement
-
Experience with tools: Nielsen Media Impact, NPower, Comscore, social listening platforms

Working knowledge of brand lift, sales lift, and attribution vendors

Self-starter capable of working independently and across cross-functional teams

Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Passion for The Walt Disney Company and the advertising/media landscape

Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred: Additional education or training in media/advertising strategy
Salary/Rate Range: $67.00 - $69.00/ hour
