Our client offers a range of exciting career opportunities for individuals seeking challenging and rewarding careers. They are currently recruiting for an Operations Supervisor. The operations supervisor will report to the Operations Superintendent and be part of a team responsible for all aspects of forest operations.


What you will be doing:

• Supervise harvesting, road construction, hauling and related operations.

• Ensure that production, quality, environmental and legal requirements are met safely and cost-effectively.

• Contract management, contractor supervision, liaison with government officials and coordination with planning and silviculture.

• Operational Planning

• Silviculture Projects

What you must have:

• Possess a Registered Professional Forester (RPF) or Registered Professional Forester Tech (RPFT) designation for Alberta (or be eligible and willing to earn this designation).

• 2-4 years of relevant forest operations experience.

• Be a dynamic, career-minded individual.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be highly motivated with proven organizational skills.

Salary/Rate Range: $95,000 - $113,000
