What you will be doing:

  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures

  • Microsoft 365 Operations

  • Administer and support Exchange Online, Teams (chat, meetings, voice), and SharePoint Online

  • Handle hybrid configuration between on-prem Exchange and Exchange Online

  • Work with PowerShell for administrative tasks and automation

  • Support tenant configuration, licensing, conditional access, and identity integrations (Azure AD)

  • SharePoint Platform Support

  • Fix site issues, manage permissions, and advise on governance practices

  • Assist with site lifecycle, retention policies, and content migration planning

  • Work with Records and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory needs

  • Telephony and Voice Infrastructure

  • Support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM), Unity Connection, and gateways

  • Lead all aspects of Teams Phone System configuration and Direct Routing setups

  • Resolve voice call quality, dial plans, and integration with meeting room systems

  • Cross-Platform Collaboration

  • Coordinate incident resolution and root cause analysis for multi-system issues

  • Interface with vendors and MSPs for advanced support and escalations

  • Support documentation of technical configurations and SOPs

  • Contribute to platform roadmap input and transition planning where need


What you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise collaboration platforms

  • ITIL v4 certification or experience working in a formal service management framework (ITSM) is preferred

  • Hands-on expertise and deep proficiency in:

  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online)

  • Hybrid Exchange and Active Directory environments

  • PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting

  • Cisco UCS (Call Manager, Unity, SIP trunking, dial plans)

  • Teams Phone and Direct Routing

  • Detailed understanding of IT compliance, data retention, and identity/security policies

  • Experience troubleshooting across sophisticated environments (hybrid, federated, multi-vendor)

  • Ability to produce clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal staff

  • Clear communicator and positive collaborator who is able to work independently and within multi-functional teams

  • Spanish language proficiency is a strong asset

  • Background in mining, industrial, or regulated enterprise environments is beneficial

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for M365, compliance center, and eDiscovery is considered an asset

  • Experience supporting Managed Service Provider transitions or service stabilization projects is considered an asset
