What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain personalization experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio / Evergage)

• Build and configure sitemaps, content zones, and user affinity models

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate MCP with other Salesforce clouds and enterprise systems

• Write scripts and implement real-time logic using JavaScript, HTML, and related technologies

• Analyze behavioral data to drive targeted recommendations and user journeys

• Troubleshoot and enhance personalization campaigns with a test-and-learn mindset

What you must have:

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP / Interaction Studio / Evergage)

• Deep understanding of how to architect, build, and optimize personalization use cases

• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, personalization scripting)

• Familiarity with REST APIs, SDKs, and integration approaches

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a marketing or eCommerce environment
