What you will be doing:
We’re seeking a Business Analyst with deep expertise in ITIL-based configuration management. In this role, you’ll oversee the configuration management process to ensure all configuration items (CIs) are properly documented, tracked, and verified. You’ll coordinate with IT teams, define identification standards, manage configuration changes, perform audits, and enforce best practices for CMDB tools such as BMC Helix, ServiceNow, or Atlassian.


What you will be doing:

• Key activities include reviewing and analyzing business systems, gathering user needs, conducting fit-gap analyses, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• You’ll help bridge the gap between operations, infrastructure, applications, and ITSM teams to deliver effective configuration management that aligns with organizational policies.

What you must have:

• 5+ years’ advanced knowledge of ITIL configuration management principles, processes, and best practices

• Proven experience developing and maintaining configuration management policies and procedures

• Hands-on expertise supporting and maintaining CMDB platforms (BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Atlassian, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail

• 4+ years performing configuration audits and verifying compliance with specifications and requirements

• 4+ years in a configuration manager or similar IT service management role

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required
