Overview:
The ideal candidate will have employment litigation experience, particularly class actions and PAGA matters, and a broad understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations. We are seeking candidates from large and established defense firms in California or a smaller firm handling sophisticated employment defense matters.

What you will be doing: (Responsibilities)

• Employment litigation, particularly class action and PAGA matters, and some single-plaintiff matters.

• Minimum 7 years of experience focused on employment class action defense litigation at a large law firm; must be admitted to practice in California.

Salary/Rate Range: $315,000-330,000
