What you will be doing:

Design and implement global comprehensive compensation philosophy and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Oversee annual compensation merit review and goals processes.

Lead and design Executive compensation program and prepare disclosures for annual proxy statements.

Research market trends by conducting and participating in salary surveys to gather and analyze industry market data and practices.

Perform detailed analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Provide recommendations for salary structures, bonus programs, long-term incentive programs, executive compensation, policies, and other compensation-related initiatives.

Lead annual compensation planning exercise (merit/market adjustments), promotions, bonus, and equity review process.

Ensure all compensation and benefit practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Implement process changes when necessary.

Collaborate and work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to understand compensation needs and provide solutions.

Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's compensation programs.

Utilize data to both assess current and future state and comply with all regulatory compliance.

Have knowledge of benefit programs by leading benefits strategy and partnering with benefits team to establish programs, policies, and maintain compliance.

Partner with executive leadership regarding Board of Director and compensation committee materials.
What you must have:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP) preferred.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 10 years compensation management, with a focus on both corporate and manufacturing positions in a global environment.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools such as: Towers Watson, Radford, Culpepper and O-Net and HRIS systems.

Demonstrated and in-depth knowledge of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Strategic thinker with the ability to present recommendations to senior leadership and Board of Directors.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with prior experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.

Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, fast-growing, complex, geographically and culturally diverse organizational structure.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.

Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
