What you will be doing:

• Seeking an experienced Network Administrator to manage and support critical IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, wireless, telecommunications systems, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• This role is fully onsite in Austin and requires hands-on expertise in Cisco, Meraki, and Microsoft technologies, with responsibilities spanning from user account management to VoIP and compliance documentation.

What you must have:

• 3+ years in network administration or IT support roles

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft server environments, Microsoft 365, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)

• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki equipment, firewalls, and VPNs

• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, and SMTP

• Experience supporting VoIP systems, document management, and core network services

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools like PRTG, MRGT, or ManageEngine

• Preferred: Experience in compliance-driven environments and audit documentation

• Strong documentation skills and ability to respond to incidents and maintenance issues
