Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support a large-scale data integration hub project. The analyst will work onsite with a technical team to lead, design, and develop infrastructure and workflows that support data automation, analytics, and operational dashboards using an Agile SDLC approach.
What you will be doing:

Leading and guiding Agile development teams through delivery phases
-
Designing and developing complex SQL scripts, materialized views, and performance-optimized Oracle/Snowflake objects
-
Developing ETL automation pipelines using Informatica Power Center/IICS
-
Supporting Tableau object integration and dimensional modeling
-
Documenting and managing system architecture, data flows, and test strategies
-
Participating in requirements sessions, sprint planning, and QA
-
Developing mockups and collaborating on front-end data dashboards
-
Supporting test plans, integration/load/stress testing, and performance validation
What you must have:
-
8+ years of Informatica Power Center/IICS ETL development
-
8+ years of data acquisition/integration supporting Tableau dashboards
-
8+ years of complex Oracle and/or Snowflake SQL scripting
-
8+ years of systems analysis experience for analytics or warehousing projects
-
8+ years of experience with documentation tools (Visio, Erwin, MS Project, MS Office)
-
8+ years of experience planning software platforms across products and organizations
-
8+ years writing clean, testable, efficient code using modern best practices
-
(Preferred) 6+ years of strong communication skills and multitasking
-
(Preferred) 4+ years Agile team experience with healthcare, PII/PHI familiarity
-
(Preferred) 4+ years of Python scripting and JIRA use
-
(Preferred) 2+ years of experience with REST/SOAP services, Java/JavaScript
-
(Preferred) 2+ years working with GitHub CI/CD, Mulesoft, or C# development
