Overview:
Are you a motivated sales professional with a strong background in trucks, transportation, or logistics? Our client is hiring a Territory Manager to lead business development efforts in the Nisku area. This role offers significant earning potential for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has experience managing a territory and building long-term customer relationships. As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the direct sale and rental of new and used heavy-duty transportation trucks and trailers. You will actively prospect for new business, build a strong client base, and identify opportunities through auctions, consignments, and upcoming market trends.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building

  • Lead the full sales cycle including quoting, negotiating, and closing deals

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering solutions

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and upcoming auctions

  • Maintain accurate records including client profiles, sales documentation, and call reports

  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet with clients and grow market presence


What you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation, trucking, or logistics

  • Proven success in territory management and business development

  • Solid knowledge of transportation equipment and logistics industry trends

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 1 considered an asset

  • Must be eligible to travel internationally (valid passport or ability to obtain one)



Salary/Rate Range: $48,000.00 - $200,000.00
