Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Valuations & Corporate Finance Senior Manager to join our dynamic advisory practice. This role is ideal for a designated CPA and CBV professional with proven experience in business valuation, financial due diligence, and corporate finance. You’ll play a key role in leading complex client engagements, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth of our advisory services. What you will be doing:

  • Lead and oversee business valuation assignments across various industries using appropriate methodologies.

  • Manage and execute Quality of Earnings and financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions.

  • Support and conduct impairment testing and purchase price allocation (PPA) engagements in line with IFRS standards.

  • Prepare and review comprehensive valuation reports, databooks, and financial models.

  • Ensure all engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in valuation and corporate finance.

  • Mentor, coach, and support the development of junior staff and team members.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to add value and expand services.

  • Collaborate with Partners to support practice development and client relationship management initiatives.


What you must have:

  • CPA and CBV designations (both required).

  • 5+ years of experience in valuations and corporate finance within a professional services or public accounting environment.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presenting to clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines.

  • Proven success in client relationship management and business development.
