Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ad Hoc Analyst with expertise in Tableau and Amazon QuickSight to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.


What you will be doing:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and decision enablement tools using Tableau and QuickSight

  • Write and optimize SQL queries and use other data manipulation languages to extract and transform data

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions

  • Implement advanced Tableau features including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, action filters, and user filters

  • Consolidate and transform data into meaningful insights to support strategic initiatives

  • Communicate analytical findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner

  • Participate in Agile development processes and adapt to shifting priorities and timelines

  • Support the development of analytics applications and contribute to continuous improvement efforts


What you must have:

  • Must have Reliablity Security Clearance or eligble to obtain clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages

  • 2–3 years of experience developing dashboards in Tableau; experience with other BI tools is a plus

  • Demonstrated experience working with AWS, particularly Amazon QuickSight

  • Strong understanding of data modeling and experience collaborating with Data Engineers

  • Proven ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to generate business insights

  • Experience working in Agile environments is an asset

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
