Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ad Hoc Analyst with expertise in Tableau and Amazon QuickSight to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
What you will be doing:

Design and develop interactive dashboards and decision enablement tools using Tableau and QuickSight

Write and optimize SQL queries and use other data manipulation languages to extract and transform data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions

Implement advanced Tableau features including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, action filters, and user filters

Consolidate and transform data into meaningful insights to support strategic initiatives

Communicate analytical findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner

Participate in Agile development processes and adapt to shifting priorities and timelines

Support the development of analytics applications and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
What you must have:

Must have Reliablity Security Clearance or eligble to obtain clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

2–3 years of hands-on experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages
-
2–3 years of experience developing dashboards in Tableau; experience with other BI tools is a plus
-
Demonstrated experience working with AWS, particularly Amazon QuickSight
-
Strong understanding of data modeling and experience collaborating with Data Engineers

Proven ability to synthesize information from multiple sources to generate business insights
-
Experience working in Agile environments is an asset

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
