Overview:
Client a national insurance coverage law firm with offices in California, is seeking a Senior Associate/Of Counsel with 5+ years of experience litigating complex insurance claims, analyzing and drafting insurance policy language, and/or providing insurance coverage opinions. Client is  among the elite law firms in the country representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, and one of even fewer national firms whose practice is focused exclusively in this area. We advise on the purchase of new policies and assist in renewals and the modification of existing policies to ensure the coverage meets your needs.


What you must have:

• JD from Accredited Law School and current admission to the California Bar.

• Comparable private practice experience.

• Significant State or Federal court litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions and motion practice.

• High intelligence, problem solving abilities and creativity.

• Personal responsibility, strong work ethic and commitment to firm’s clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility to work in a highly collaborative team environment.

• Strong organization, time management, project management and matter management skills.

Salary/Rate Range: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00
