What you will be doing:

• Communicating project and operation status, issues, risks, and resolutions in an agile development methodology

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and admins to elicit and refine technical requirements

• Write and maintain user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria, focusing on system behavior

• Document data model changes, API requirements or automation needs (like Flows, Apex)

• Maintain up-to-date solution documentation, including field mappings, API mapping, and configuration setup

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Regularly communicate with stakeholders and IT leadership to provide updates and manage expectations

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to gather, refine, and document technical requirements. Translate business needs into well-defined user stories with detailed acceptance criteria tailored to Salesforce-specific implementations (e.g., Apex, Flows, Integrations, Data Model).

• Accountable for leading all scrum ceremonies while simultaneously fulfilling the dual role of Technical Business Analyst, ensuring effective communication of technical requirements and seamless delivery of user stories.

What you must have:

• ?You have 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce Platform delivering large projects/programs using customization and out-of-the-box configurative solutions

• You have experience working on Service/Sales Cloud

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ownership and accountability over work items

• Expert in creating clear and comprehensive technical documentation

• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred)
