What you will be doing:

• Support senior PI attorneys in litigation and trial preparation.

• Manage litigation files (15–20 active if mid-level; 30–40 if more junior/support role).

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Conduct legal research.

• Participate in client meetings, depositions, and hearings as assigned.

What you must have:

• Some experience in personal injury law.

• Eager and hungry to learn.

• Willing to work beyond standard hours when necessary.

Salary/Rate Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00
