Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced APEX Developer to design, develop, and enhance features for a custom Oracle APEX application. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and APEX, along with experience integrating plugins, optimizing database performance, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Upgrade and enhance a custom APEX application to meet evolving business needs

• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for secure, efficient data handling

• Add new features to daily data uploads from existing systems into the APEX application

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to interpret and fulfill system specifications

• Ensure application compliance with security policies, industry standards, and best practices

What you must have:

• 8+ years: JavaScript, HTML, CSS (front-end development)

• 3+ years: Oracle APEX web application development

• 3+ years: Oracle SQL & PL/SQL for backend programming

• 3+ years: Oracle Database management and optimization

• 3+ years: Experience with APEX plugins for extended functionality

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle APEX Developer Certified Expert

• Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate

• Fully remote (U.S.-based)

• Standard business hours, with occasional after-hours work as needed
