Overview:
We are seeking licensed Journeyman Automotive Service Technicians who are passionate about diagnostics, repairs, and delivering top-quality service. Candidates must bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What you will be doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles across multiple makes and models

• Perform preventive maintenance and follow checklists to ensure safe and complete work

• Conduct inspections, road tests, and system checks using OEM diagnostic tools

• Adjust, repair, or replace components related to fuel, brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, exhaust, electrical, and cooling systems

• Mentor and support apprentices in the shop

• Follow best practices for safety, compliance, and quality assurance

What you must have:

• Provincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate (Red Seal an asset)

• Minimum 3–5+ years hands-on experience in service/repair of vehicles

• OEM-specific training/experience highly valued (Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Kia, Chrysler, Subaru, Audi)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract

• Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance using OEM and computerized testing tools

• Experience mentoring apprentices an asset

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Physically capable of meeting role demands (lifting, extended standing, tool/equipment use)

Salary/Rate Range: $75,000 - $120,000
