As our Director of Supply Chain Operations & Engineering, you help shape the future of logistics while delivering innovative tech solutions to millions of Canadians. What you will be doing:

  • Lead supply chain operations, the Supply Chain PMO, and DC/Network Engineering teams.
  • Identify and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with third-party partners, including 3PLs.
  • Direct operational and transformational projects across transportation, fulfillment, and customer delivery.
  • Oversee DC & network engineering on continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), space and labour optimization, and data/P&L analysis.
  • Lead labour standards management, capacity planning, network forecasting, associate onboarding, and technology implementation.
  • Manage the Supply Chain PMO to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and contingency planning.
  • Partner with senior leaders/executives on initiative prioritization, business case approvals, and stakeholder management.

What you must have:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
  • 5+ years leading, inspiring, and developing teams of industrial engineering and analytics professionals.
  • Proven contract negotiation skills and 3PL vendor management experience.
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills; ability to lead through change and present confidently to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading teams with Lean Six Sigma and PMP expertise.


Salary/Rate Range: $137-$160k CAD
