What you will be doing:

• You will serve as a Business Data Analyst, analyzing existing business requirements, data flows, and processes to identify system improvements and pain points.

• Your role will involve translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements through Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria.

• You will also conduct studies, cost/benefit analyses, and process reviews to optimize workflows and system functionalities.

• The position requires close collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to align business goals with technical solutions.

What you must have:

• At least 13 years of experience as a business data analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills, plus extensive experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

• A minimum of 10 years designing and optimizing data workflows, writing Epics and User Stories, and supporting enterprise-level SDLC.

• At least 8 years creating and maintaining documentation such as data dictionaries, BRDs, and data mapping specifications, as well as designing dashboards and visual data models. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IS, or Business Analytics, along with strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
