What you will be doing:
Client Onboarding

Lead new customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation

Customize system configurations based on client needs

Provide product training and ongoing adoption support
Customer Support & Relationship Management

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their lifecycle

Troubleshoot issues and deliver proactive solutions

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and check in regularly to ensure satisfaction
Product Optimization

Collaborate with product teams to implement customer-specific requirements

Gather customer feedback to guide product improvements

Support configuration updates as client needs evolve
Retention & Growth

Ensure customer success to drive renewals

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary solutions

Clearly demonstrate customer ROI during renewal cycles
Customer Advocacy

Represent customer needs in internal product strategy discussions

Promote a customer-first culture across the organization
Reporting & Analysis

Monitor key customer metrics and product usage

Provide insights on risks and opportunities for account growth

Use data-driven analysis to anticipate and prevent issues
What you must have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years in customer success, technical account management, or field service support, preferably with complex or customized technical systems

Hands-on knowledge of cable testing and diagnostics (North American experience strongly preferred)

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Familiarity with CRM and customer success software tools
Salary/Rate Range: $145,000 – $150,000
