-
Plan, prioritize, and execute daily work schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
-
Provide customer training on operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you must have:
-
Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Factory Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field preferred.
-
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical environments, preferably servicing automated or packaging equipment.
-
Military veterans with equivalent technical training and field experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
-
Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing automated equipment — including mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
-
Experience working with Schneider Electric control systems and function block programming is highly desirable.
-
Basic understanding of PLC logic and HMI interfaces preferred, with the ability to learn and adapt to customer-specific programming environments.
-
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic diagrams.
-
Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer, NetSupport Manager).
-
Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to deliver clear reports and customer updates.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-
Comfortable accessing and working with client documentation and systems remotely through secure networks (VPN, intranet, cloud-based tools).
-
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
-
Ability to work independently in remote locations and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
