What you will be doing:

Support Vendor / Source Master DPO (Data Process Owner) with all aspects of an ERP deployment.

Schedule workshops with Source Data SMEs to collect and store user requirements for S4 HANA configuration.

Participate in design workshops with Transcend functional teams to define design requirements for Vendor and Source objects.

Participate in design workshops with KYS and CFIN teams to design the interaction and data flow from CFIN to Transcend S4.
-
Perform data profiling in legacy ERPs.
-
Identify data harmonization and data de-duplication needs for Vendor and Source objects in legacy ERPs.

Support Data Migration team with user requirement for Vendor and Source Master Data conversions.

Support Data Migration team with pre and post load validation of Vendor and Source data during each testing cycle and at Cutover.

Support Workflow deployment team (KYS) with requirements, design and testing of Vendor / Source master data workflows.

Create user requirements, test scripts and defects in JIRA and/or Smartsheet.

Create KDDs and Functional documentations for S4Hana design, for Vendor and Source objects.

Perform FIT and BST testing of Vendor and Source Master Data configuration in SAP.
-
Support Business SMEs with UAT prep and execution.

Coordination of Dual Data Maintenance activities.

Support Data Ops team during Hypercare
What you must have:
-
Hands on experience with SAP Vendor master data, SAP Source objects and any additional SAP objects preferred.

Experience with ERP deployments.
-
5+ years of Supply Chain experience in any functional area.
-
3+ years hands on technical experience with Vendor or Sources master data.
-
Hands on data migration experience in SAP.
-
Expert level Excel skills (create formulas, macros, pivot tables, advanced filters and charts).

Experience with Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization.
- Ability to travel internationally 10% of time of preferred.
- Good understanding of Procurement processes in Pharma industry is a bonus.
