Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide analytical and reporting support to corporate leadership, facilities, and regional affiliates. This role focuses on revenue cycle data analysis, benchmarking, and performance improvement initiatives designed to enhance net revenue realization and cash flow across the system.

What you will be doing:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide and regional revenue cycle analysis and reporting.

• Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and reports.

• Support standardization of management reporting, goal setting, and productivity tracking.

• Conduct financial opportunity assessments to identify areas for improved performance.

• Assist with the development of financial models, benchmarks, and comparative reporting tools.

• Partner with leadership to implement and measure strategies that drive revenue cycle improvements.

• Communicate complex financial data and performance results clearly to business stakeholders.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or revenue cycle analytics preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
