Overview:
This is a meaningful opportunity for a licensed Wisconsin Pharmacist who wants to practice at the top of their license in a structured, clinical pharmacy environment without retail pressures.


What you will be doing:

• Review medication orders for accuracy, safety, allergies, and appropriateness of therapy

• Apply clinical judgment and provide recommendations when indicated

• Deliver pharmaceutical and clinical services consistent with professional standards

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on medication-related matters

• Support safe, efficient medication management in a high-volume pharmacy environment

What you must have:

• Experience in a clinical or closed-door pharmacy setting

• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and workflow

• Ability to compound IV medications within scope of licensure

• Clinical experience in areas such as:

  • Warfarin management

  • Antibiotic stewardship

  • Medication-assisted treatment

• Comfort multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations

• Familiarity with Cerner Enterprise software (helpful, not required)

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (subject to breaks)

• Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

• Assignment Length: 26 weeks

• Location: Waupun, WI

• License Required: Unrestricted, clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license
