  • Lead complex, consultative sales engagements involving applications, engineering, and international technical teams

  • Build compelling customer value propositions and ensure proposals clearly articulate technical and business impact

  • Maintain accurate CRM discipline covering pipeline, forecasting, activity tracking, and account management

  • Monitor competitive activity and provide market intelligence to management, staying current on:

    • Customer industries, applications, and market trends

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 3–5+ years of outside technical sales experience selling capital equipment or complex systems (test & measurement, analytical instrumentation, industrial systems, automation, etc. strongly preferred)

  • Technical degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, materials science, or similar

  • Comfortable selling to:

  • Presentation and communication skills

  • Territory planning and opportunity management skills

  • Relationship-building and consensus-building abilities

  • Solid understanding of structured sales processes and complex solution selling

  • Familiarity with materials testing, analytical systems, or industrial standards (ASTM / ISO) a strong plus

  • High level of personal organization, independence, and follow-through

  • Willingness to travel extensively within Canada

  • Valid driver’s license

What’s in it for you

  • Representing a premium, highly respected OEM
