Job Title: VP of Growth - NYC
Job ID: 84965
Location: Santa Monica, California

Overview:
Our client is looking for a VP of Growth to build and scale their growth engine - from strategy to execution. You'll oversee attribution, conversion, platform optimization, data hygiene, user experience, funnel optimization, and own the full customer lifecycle across all of our channels. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for building a high-converting growth engine that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term value.

What you will be doing:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end growth strategy across performance marketing, site, mobile, retention, and analytics

  • Design, build, and own our data warehouse and attribution models end-to-end

  • Allocate spend between platforms, channels, partners, and campaigns with a focus on experimentation and data-driven decision making

  • Ensure continuous data hygiene and accuracy

  • Lead optimization of the company website and checkout experience to increase conversion and average order value

  • Manage P&L, including revenue forecasting, budget allocation, CAC/LTV tracking, and unit economics

  • Partner with Product, Brand, and CX teams to ensure seamless and engaging digital experiences

  • Select tools, technologies, and best practices to scale growth efficiency

  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, affiliates, influencers) in partnership with internal teams and agencies

  • Build out the growth team as the company scales

What you must have:

  • 4 - 8+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, ideally in consumer hardware or tech

  • Proven track record of scaling startups from early-stage to $50M+

  • Experience with both hands-on implementation of data platforms and management of internal teams and third-party partners

  • Deep understanding of ad platforms, data warehouses, funnel optimization, UX/UI, and performance media

  • Must be an analytical thinker with strong command of data, A/B testing, and attribution

  • Comfortable in scrappy, high-growth environments with a focus on execution

  • Passionate about sleep, health, and using technology to improve lives

Salary/Rate Range: $200,000 - $250,000
