What you will be doing:

• Low-Code Development

  • Build apps and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages).

  • Create reusable templates and connectors for rapid delivery.

• AI Studio Development

  • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft AI Studio (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, custom GPTs).

  • Integrate AI models into apps and workflows for natural language processing, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.

  • Configure prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and responsible AI practices.

• Integration & Data

  • Connect apps to M365, Teams, SharePoint, SQL, REST APIs, and AI endpoints.

  • Implement secure data handling and compliance for AI-driven features.

• Governance & Security

  • Apply environment strategy, DLP policies, and AI governance (bias mitigation, transparency).

  • Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles and company standards.

What you must have:

• 3–5+ years in low-code development (Power Platform or similar).

• Hands-on experience with: 

  • AI Studio or similar platforms (Azure AI, Copilot Studio).

  • Building AI-powered apps, chatbots, and workflow integrations.

• Understanding of prompt engineering, model lifecycle, and AI ethics.

• Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have:

• Certifications: 

  • PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 (Power Platform).

  • AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate).

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI orchestration in enterprise environments.

• Experience with Node.Js

Salary/Rate Range: $102,000.00 - $110,000.00
