AI-Enhanced Full-Stack Developer

Base Salary Range: $102000 - $110000

Must Haves: 

• Back end: Node.js or ASP.NET or java or Python or Typescript 
• Front end: React 
• Database: SQL, PostgreSQL or another relational database 
• AI coding tools: Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Gemini CLI, or similar

• Vibecoding & AI Augmentation: Lead the development lifecycle using a "Vibe-first" approach, leveraging Claude/Gemini CLI and AI coding agents to maintain extreme velocity in shipping features.
• Frontend Excellence: Build performant, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring the UI can handle real-time data streaming and AI-generated content.
• Scalable Backend Architecture: Design and maintain complex server-side logic in Node.js, optimizing for high-concurrency and secure API management.
• Postgres Mastery: Architect relational schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and manage database migrations in PostgreSQL. You will ensure data integrity and performance for high-traffic applications.
• MCP Server Implementation: Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers to expose local data and internal tools to LLMs, enabling the creation of custom AI "agents" that understand your specific business context.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Manage deployments to cloud environments (like Azure Linux App Services) while troubleshooting TLS/SSL and database connection issues.
