Overview:
We’re hiring a Manager, Client Services to lead a high-performing customer support team in a fast-paced, 24/7 SaaS environment.
In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations while leading a team of 6–12 technical support professionals. You’ll coach, mentor, and grow your team, handle escalations, track key performance metrics, and partner closely with product, engineering, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the client experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a customer-facing technical support team
- Drive performance through coaching, 1:1s, and clear feedback
- Manage escalations and major incidents with a customer-first mindset
- Analyze support metrics and customer feedback to improve operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product improvements and issue resolution
- Ensure consistent, high-quality support and documentation
- Strong leadership experience in a SaaS or enterprise support environment
- 10 years of SaaS support experience in a client-facing role.
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience within a support organization. - A proven ability to lead teams through change and high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of technical support operations and incident management
- A hands-on, servant leadership approach focused on team success
- 24/7 follow-the-sun support environment
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work required
- Fully in-office role with some flexibility
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 USD
