Job Title: Global Delivery Services Lead
Job ID: 85609
Location: Lawrenceville, New Jersey

Overview:
We’re hiring a senior project leader who will be involved in building a multi-region Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, with an aggressive growth target of 500+ delivery resources.

What you will be doing:

  • This person will help define and implement the foundational operating model (governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, workforce planning) and then help expand new GDC sites in multiple geographies.
  • A major component is transitioning and operationalizing an IT Service Catalogue across current and new GDC locations—partnering with senior leaders across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, and Security to ensure smooth service transfer, documentation/SOPs, knowledge base readiness, and steady-state operations.
  • This role is the executive point of contact for global delivery expansion and must drive tight alignment between corporate functions, regional leadership, and local GDC teams.
  • The focus is operational excellence at scale: performance metrics and reporting, standardization, continuous improvement, and identifying automation opportunities.

What you must have:

  • 10+ years in IT service delivery / shared services / global operations / managed services

  • A proven track record building or scaling shared services or GDCs across multiple regions

  • Strong ITIL / IT service management grounding and experience integrating multi-tower IT services

  • Direct experience with service portfolio / service catalogue transition, including SOPs, KMs, and operational integration

  • Executive presence and exceptional communication—able to influence Director/MD-level stakeholders and run strategic governance

Key personal attributes

  • Highly structured and process-oriented, diplomatic, culturally aware, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and strong at aligning diverse global teams to common standards and outcomes.

Nice to have:

  • Nearshore/offshore delivery models

  • Background spanning enterprise IT towers (Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Apps)

  • Experience in high-growth ramp-ups (200–500+ resources)

  • PMP / ITIL certifications
