What you will be doing:

• Be the trusted advisor to line managers to implement the unit business and people plans to achieve operational goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in application of all people processes for a great co-worker experience.

• In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to their goals.

• In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change

• Be the guardian of the company Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker and securing that the company is a caring employer and a great place to work, as well as safeguarding co-worker experience (overall end-to-end - beyond People & Culture experience)

What you must have:

• University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience

• Perfect command of spoken and written French, and an intermediate level of spoken and written English.

• Knowledge of English is required due to the need to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
