What you will be doing:

• Own performance measurement and metrics program and use for strategic leadership discussions.

• Maintain a master inventory of initiatives (programs, projects, and other work requiring executive visibility), including the attributes needed for portfolio analysis and reporting.

• Lead end-to-end portfolio prioritization and sequencing (annual planning + as new initiatives enter the portfolio), with focus on allocating resources to highest-value work.

• Lead and be accountable for the Integrated Plan for executive milestone reporting, what-if scenario development, and benefit realization scheduling.

• Build reports, presentations, and insights enabling exec leadership to select/approve/fund the right initiatives.

• Coordinate consistent project chartering and implementation plan inputs to support exec-level reporting needs.

• Perform portfolio impact assessments driven by issues and change requests; maintain enterprise view of resources/capacity.

What you must have:

• Portfolio breadth mindset: Comfortable with a portfolio that includes projects and ongoing programs/initiatives—not just “projects with start/end dates.” 

• Strong performance measurement and metrics program development.

• Insights + storytelling: Can define/refresh meaningful measures, pull narrative from metrics, and communicate clearly to senior/executive stakeholders (including non-technical audiences). 

• Works well with agile/product teams: Experience collaborating with agile delivery teams 

• Executive-facing influence: Strong consensus building and influencing skills across senior leaders; able to zoom in on detail and zoom out to enterprise view.

Salary/Rate Range: $95,000.00 - $142,000.00
