Overview:
Our client has an opening in the Seattle office for an associate in the Litigation Department with four to six years of commercial litigation experience, ideally also with clerkship experience and/or complex commercial litigation experience. Insurance bad faith and coverage litigation experience a plus and desired. 

What you must have:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of delaware

• Experience with product liability, toxic and mass torts, and personal injury is preferred.

• Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.
