Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced associate with strong credentials to join their expanding Labor and Employment practice in their Los Angeles office. This is an opportunity to join and collaborate with a growing national practice group.


What you must have:

• An ideal candidate will have four to eight years of experience in employment counseling and litigation, including wage and hour class actions, as well as single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases.

• Candidates must have superior research and motion drafting abilities, proficiency in taking and defending depositions, and trial and/or trial preparation experience.

• Restrictive covenant and traditional labor experience are a plus.

• Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of California. 

Salary/Rate Range: $215,000 - $255,000
