Executive Overview

An established and growing North American organization is investing in the next tier of regional leadership.

The Regional Solutions Director (RSD) is a senior field leader responsible for elevating performance, strengthening executive-level client relationships, and building leadership depth across a team of Specialty Solutions Managers.

This is not a hunter role.
It is a strategic coach-leader position.

The successful candidate will bring prior consultative sales or business development experience and translate that credibility into high-impact coaching, structured development, and disciplined regional execution.

This role carries visible influence across senior leadership and is aligned with long-term succession planning.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Specialty Solutions Managers across North America

  • Conduct in-field joint client visits to coach relationship strategy and executive engagement

  • Elevate the quality of account penetration and long-term growth planning

  • Build structured development frameworks for team capability expansion

  • Strengthen executive presence across key corporate accounts

  • Translate performance data into strategic coaching and actionable field plans

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between field leadership and executive leadership

  • Travel approximately 40% across North America, primarily client-facing alongside team members

This role requires intellectual rigor, executive maturity, and disciplined leadership presence.

What you must have:

  • 5+ years of senior field leadership experience

  • Demonstrated success coaching consultative, relationship-based sales professionals

  • Prior personal success in strategic account growth or business development

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at senior levels

  • High emotional intelligence and political acumen

  • Strong data literacy paired with people-first leadership

  • Ability to operate seamlessly across U.S. and Canadian teams
