What you will be doing:
M&A Practice

  • Global powerhouse serving clients from routine M&A engagements to the most complex and transformational transactions

  • Global reach, deep bench, and industry-specific expertise

  • Assembles high-quality teams to efficiently and effectively execute on client business objectives

  • Focused on client goals with broad global deal experience

  • Anticipates and works through potential transaction challenges

  • Develops effective solutions in an ever-changing global environment

  • Advises on shareholder activism

  • Helps plan for and overcome antitrust challenges

  • Navigates dynamic regulatory regimes

  • Provides full suite of advisory services including board counselling, capital markets, ESG, executive compensation, leveraged finance, and tax-related advice globally

  • Builds diverse teams of deal makers, industry veterans, former government lawyers, and litigators

  • Delivers pragmatic and commercial advice to support clients at every stage of their life cycle

Private Equity Practice

  • Advises leading private equity firms across the full spectrum of transactions from initial investment through exit

  • Helps private equity clients and their portfolio companies maximize value

  • Annually steers more than 500 deals representing more than half a trillion USD

  • Includes many global and regional “deals of the year”

  • Combines strength in fund formation, private equity finance, M&A, and capital markets

  • Provides seamless and responsive support at every stage of a fund’s lifecycle

  • Executes sophisticated cross-border carve-outs

  • Handles tax-free spinoffs

  • Advises on multi-billion-dollar going-private transactions

  • Navigates complex global regulatory environments

  • Works with industry-focused, growth equity, large cap, and middle market funds

  • Seeks to understand each fund’s strategy and anticipate client needs

  • Maintains long-standing client relationships developed over decades


What you must have:

  • Class Year: 3rd through 6th year associate
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity


Salary/Rate Range: $235,000.00 - $420,000.00
