Associate - Insolvency

Base Salary Range: $143000 - $182000

What you will be doing:

• Litigation Associate with a focus on insolvency, foreclosures, and commercial litigation

• Intermediate associates have conduct of their own files where appropriate

• Assist senior counsel on more complex matters

What you must have:

• 3 to 8 year call

• Previous experience in insolvency, foreclosures, and commercial litigation

• Experience with foreclosures and receiverships considered valuable

• Experience with proceedings under the BIA and CCAA considered valuable

• Ability to conduct files from beginning to end

• Well rounded and self motivated

• Sound judgment and solid work ethic

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Existing client base is an asset but not required

• Opportunity to grow practice and apply to become a shareholder in due course

Salary/Rate Range: $143,000.00 - $182,000.00
