What you will be doing:

• Associate Lawyer, Insurance Coverage and Defence

• Practice focused primarily on insurance coverage law, with general civil litigation as a supplement

• Insurance coverage work will make up the bulk of the associate’s workload

• Intermediate associates have conduct of their own files where appropriate

• Assist senior counsel on more complex matters

What you must have:

• Minimum of three years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation

• Experience drafting pleadings

• Experience speaking to chambers applications

• Experience negotiating at mediations

• Experience appearing at trial considered valuable

• Breadth of experience across insurance coverage and litigation matters

Salary/Rate Range: $143,000.00 - $182,000.00
