Overview:
We are partnering with our established and profitable client to locate an experienced Quality Manager over all software, hardware and electronics components that go into final commercial production products.  They have 14 innovative, established and exciting name-brand product lines, through 8 well-known companies. We can provide many additional details.


What you will be doing:

• Design/ensure QA processes including developing testing standards for hardware, software, and electronic and other components ensuring quality expectations.

• Develop/ensure standards for new products by collaborating with leadership, engineering, and production teams setting reliability KPIs.

• Manage multiple QA groups, leading and training staff on documentation, inspection procedures, and quality control practices.

What you must have:

• At least 10 years of cross-functional Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years of QA management experience.

• Experience with processes for hardware / firmware quality as well as relevant ISO and electronics standards.

Salary/Rate Range: $125,000 - $150,000 (plus 15% annual bonus)
