Overview:
Our client is a premier global investment management firm seeking a Consultant Associate to join a strategic, high-impact team. This role is essential in strengthening the firm’s presence with global investment consultants by managing sophisticated data, market intelligence, and reporting frameworks. The successful candidate will act as a foundational pillar for the team, translating complex consultant data into actionable insights that drive client retention and new business development on a global scale.

What you will be doing:

  • Database & Information Management: Partner with reporting teams to optimize and maintain firm profiles within consultant databases, ensuring all positioning is accurate, clear, and competitive.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze consultant research, industry ratings, and broader market trends to help prioritize global engagement strategies.

  • Knowledge Frameworks: Develop and manage structured systems to capture key metrics and consultant-specific insights for internal stakeholders.

  • Content & Messaging: Collaborate with Marketing and Investment Specialists to prepare and refine high-quality, consultant-facing materials and messaging.

  • Internal Liaison: Act as a central point of coordination across global offices to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on consultant initiatives.

  • Process Execution: Manage the lifecycle of consultant research and rating submissions, including the coordination of timelines and data updates.

  • Strategic Support: Assist senior leadership with comprehensive meeting preparation, detailed follow-ups, and the ongoing management of consultant relationships.


What you must have:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; progress toward a CFA or similar designation is a significant asset.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant professional experience within asset management, investment consulting, or a high-level analytical/client-facing role.

  • Investment Knowledge: A solid grasp of public equity and multi-asset investment strategies.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems or data-visualization tools is preferred.

  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to distill complex data into concise summaries and exercise sound professional judgment.

  • Professional Mindset: Highly organized, adaptable to evolving environments, and capable of managing multiple deadlines with a collaborative, feedback-oriented approach.


Salary/Rate Range: $90,000 - $100,000
