What you will be doing:

  • Collibra Platform Enablement: Configure and develop Collibra assets, operating models, roles, and integrations within an Agile/Scrum team.

  • Post–Go Live Support: Triage and resolve incidents, implement minor enhancements, and build/maintain operational dashboards for the primary Domain.

  • Stewardship Automation: Implement automated steward/owner assignment leveraging a Responsibility Matrix (RACI), with exception handling and auditability.

  • Usability Enhancements: Review and optimize Collibra views, diagrams, and user interfaces to improve adoption and user experience.

  • Workflow Migration: Migrate existing Eclipse-based workflows to Collibra Workflow Developer; rationalize, refactor, and document workflow logic.

  • Audit Toolkit Support: Contribute to the Audit Toolkit setup and enhancement, including domain assignments, anomaly detection rules, and evidence capture.

  • Data Quality Enablement: Stand up pre-production DQ environments; design remediation frameworks; deliver DQ reporting via Notebook, Qlik Sense, and PostgreSQL.

  • Lineage Support: Design and support data lineage capture and reporting across priority data assets and pipelines.

  • Retention & Integration: Collaborate on integration for data retention management, including patterns and controls integrated with Snowflake.

  • Governance Automation & Reporting: Develop/configure governance dashboards, weekly digest email automation, and data intake & assessment workflows.

  • Data Masking between Collibra and Snowflake: Enable data masking based on PI classifications; align Collibra classifications with Snowflake masking policies/tags.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal data analysts, testers, and developers; provide knowledge transfer and documentation.


What you must have:

  • ???Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with data governance platforms, including 3+ years specializing in Collibra configuration, workflow development, and governance implementations.

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Certifications 

  • Collibra Ranger, Collibra Workflow Specialist, or other Collibra Professional certifications.

  • Snowflake SnowPro certification (Core or Advanced).

  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

  • Data governance, data quality, or cloud data certifications considered an asset.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Proficiency in Collibra Workflow Designer/Developer, Collibra APIs, and workflow migration.

  • Familiarity with Qlik Sense, PowerBI, Notebook, JSON/YAML, and REST APIs.

  • Experience with Snowflake integrations, data masking, lineage modeling, and governance dashboards.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross?functional collaboration skills.
