What you will be doing:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure
- Own and improve the data warehouse architecture and data models
- Ensure data reliability, accuracy, and performance across systems
- Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines powering analytics and product workflows
- Work with engineering and product teams to enable analytics, experimentation, and AI workflows
- Develop and maintain APIs and ingestion systems for structured and real-time data
- Improve observability, monitoring, and reliability of data systems
- Contribute to backend engineering projects when needed
- Participate in on-call support for data infrastructure
What you must have:
- 4–7+ years of professional experience in data engineering, backend engineering, or infrastructure
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines
- Strong ownership mentality — comfortable designing and shipping systems end-to-end
- Deeply hands-on engineer who enjoys building scalable systems
- High-growth startups

- Early-stage teams where you helped build data infrastructure from scratch
